Alert: Our New Communication System: PACO GP

We wish to inform all patients that on Monday 10/02/2025 we will be implementing a new system called PACO GP. This system is supplied by a company called Blinx, and will be replacing our old systems Accurx and PATCHS.

Please note: We will still operate our phone lines and answer face-to-face queries as normal, though this will follow the same protocol as an online query. For more information click here.

If you would like to register with us, please do so via our online registration form, please click on the button below to be taken to the form.

If you cannot use the online form, please print off the below digital registration form and hand it in at reception with two forms of ID, one of these forms of ID should be photo ID.

If you are unable to print off this form, or you cannot provide two forms of ID, please come into the surgery and speak to a member of the reception team.

Every patient has a “Named Accountable GP” assigned to them when they register. You can ask for a particular GP to be listed as your “Named Accountable GP” and we will try to accommodate this.

Furthermore, we will try to ensure you can have continuity of care by providing appointments wherever possible with the GP of your choice. However, there may be circumstances where this is not possible, as we work as a partnership and as such, GP’s do not have individual lists of patients that they see alone.
